Payments  
We accept cashiers checks, travelers checks, VISA, Mastercard and Discover.  Personal checks from repeat customers only.  If using a credit card there will be a 3% service charge added to your bill.


Cancellations
Deposits and permit reservation fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, if you need to cancel you may transfer your deposit (minus service fee of $35.00) to a future trip under your name within the 2010 season.  Any individuals whom cancel out of your Group are non-refundable and not applicable to rest of the Group.  Travel permits are neither refundable nor applicable to future trips.


Refunds 
No refund for trips terminated early due to weather, etc. You are financially responsible for all equipment, food, transportation and accommodations reserved in your name.    


Bunkhouse / Cabin 
Paid in full and non-refundable.
   Please Arrive at Our Place no Later Than 830pm to Review Route of Your Trip
